ABC Bail Bonds is looking for superior individuals who are interested in joining our team of bail field agents and office staff. If you are motivated, confident and competitive then you will succeed in our high energy atmosphere.

Qualifications
We hire people who are self-starters, competitive and energetic. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to be aggressive in the marketplace while being empathetic to the needs of our customers. Bi-lingual candidates are desired but not required. Through our training, our agents become licensed by the Department of Insurance. All of our agents maintain a high standard of excellence and complete continuing education requirements.

Working Environment
ABC Bail Bonds employees enjoy the opportunity of working in a traditional office atmosphere or the flexibility to be out in the field. Agents market their territory as well as meet with prospects, clients and attorneys while communicating via cell phones and email.
